🗓 When & Where
• Day & Frequency: Every 1st, 3rd and 5th Monday of the Month.
• Meet Time: 8:30am (we set off promptly at 8:45am)
• Finish Time: Around 12:00–12:30pm
• Meeting Point: Co op (formerly Rainbow) Car Park, Great North Road, Eaton Socon, PE19 8FT
We usually return to the Co op at the end of each walk.
🚶♀️ The Walks
• Distance: Typically 5–6 miles, circular routes
• Location: Within an 18 mile radius of St Neots
• Pace: A comfortable, sociable pace (around 2.5 mph)
• Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
Our focus is on healthy exercise, relaxed conversation, and getting to know fellow walkers.
☕ Refreshments
We stop once for refreshments for 10–15 minutes – please bring your own drink or snack.
🚗 Transport & Car Sharing
• We car share to reach walk start points
• A £2 contribution towards petrol is requested for drivers
• Please bring a plastic bag for your boots to help keep cars clean
If you prefer to drive directly to the walk start point, just let us know in advance.
🎒 What to Bring
• Walking boots (essential)
• Suitable outdoor clothing for the weather
• Walking poles if you like to use them
