The silent art of Tai Chi is a sequence of 108 slow and precise movements designed to improve core strength that is vital for good stature and balance. We practice the Yang style of Tai Chi, as taught by Master Moy.

Learning the 108 moves may take from six months to a year. Learning to move in complete harmony as part of a group whilst precisely placing arms, feet and body can take years and years, although the benefits of trying are both mentally and physically stimulating and enjoyable.

THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED TO NEW MEMBERS

The class will initially be a 1 hour practice class, with the assistance of recordings where necessary
