Martin is a familiar face having given a recent very well received talk on Simon and Garfunkel.  But his real expertise lies in the Beatles about whom he has written, so far, 4 books.  On this occasion he will be talking about the story of the Beatles from when they began until the end of 1965.  The talk will be accompanied by the songs of that era - “Please, Please Me”, “From Me to You” and many other well known tunes.   And fear not the Beatles Part 2 (1966 until the end) has been booked for November this year.  Martin’s talks are always well received and this has all the hallmarks of quite and afternoon.
